Came in the mail yesterday but wanted a second opinion from you horological gurus. Here are some pics. I believe it to be a real 861. Hands glow in the dark, spacing between subdials appears correct, has a good patina from age and can be wound - not quartz or automatic. In addition, everything is nice and crisp. It is great to have a place where watch lovers can get other's thoughts and opinions.I have been a watch lover for several years now, and am finally ready to buy my first nice watch.I'm looking at the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 45.5mm, all black dial, and brushed stainless steel strap.I'm just starting to work on where I purchase the watch from. I have read several of the threads on grey market vs authorized dealers.I wanted to see if anyone has purchased their watch or had friends that purchased a watch from PrestigeTime?They seem to be a reputable grey market dealer. They clearly point out that they are a grey market dealer, and the watches that you purchase do not come with a manufacturer warranty. They do however offer their own 3 year warranty.Has anyone had to deal with a grey market warranty in the past? What were your experiences like? How did that compare to working through the manufacturer warranty?Tha

cufflink watch
I have a set of cufflinks that belonged to my wife's grandfather. She thinks that they might be from the 40's, but I am unable to find any info on them. One link is a locket and the other is a watch. The marking in it are "Capri" and by MEPA, also swiss made at the bottom.I would like to open it up but can't figure out how. It doesn't seem to want to unscrew. The crown has been broken off at before we got them. If any one know anything about this or has any place that would be good to look for info it will be much appreciated.For scaleWell I got it opened and here is the inside.

Long time vintage Rolex collector, who have recently fell in love with Panerai.I am looking to purchase my first one and I am a bit concerned about size.I have a rather small wrist, 6.25, and believe the 40mm model is the most suitable.
