Audemars Piguet 26300ST wrist watches news:
Today's New York Times gives a compelling reason to only buy automatic or mechanical watches:A homeless ex-convict was arrested yesterday in the fatal stabbing of a reclusive Upper East Side woman, the police said, after detectives discovered that a digital wristwatch found in the victim's apartment had the suspect's bank account number programmed into it.
The next one is this Benrus I ran across. I apologize for the picture quality - had a hard time getting good shots of this one for some reason.....Know very little except remember seeing it years ago. I cannot get the back off this one. And it is so tiny and seemingly delicate I am afraid of damaging it. The band seems to be permanent...couldn't replace it if you wanted to. Not easily anyway. There are crystals (doubting they are diamonds) around the top and bottom of the square face. Will not wind.....needs some repair. Just wondering if it is worth repairing and approximate age. It is actually kind of pretty - needs some cleaning for sure. Not sure what color that band is supposed to be!?The only marks are Benrus - 17 Jewel on the face. On the back Benrus - Base Metal Steel - Stainless Steel Back. I did find this serial number jotted down on a piece of paper that was with the watch. (69215052) I've searched and have not been able to find one quite like it.Again - many thanks for the
I've decided to buy the amazing new Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial, but I am not sure what would be the best option:The Black Steel model that is closer to the original from 1957 or the the lighter and more sophisticated Blue Titanium model, but more expensive and not so vintage like the Black one??!!I need some help - please - to decide.
Just picked this up yesterday. Made a few phone calls and found one just delivered to AD day before. Was told this is not an easy piece to come by these days. AD also gave me an extra discount which never hurts. Overnighted and delivered today.
Last month I purchased the Tag Heuer Aquaracer Pepsi GMT, an obvious homage tot he Rolex GMT. Of course, I am now considering getting a Rolex GMT with the Pepsi bezel (116719BLRO). For those on here who own one, what are your thoughts on this watch?002 by [url=https://.flickr/photos/150333170N07/]
