- It's a great watch and looks terrific for a sports watch, but the cloth band soils easily and can't readily be removed for cleaning.

To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Louis Erard presents a new line, the Excellence, comprising seven steel models ¨C five for men, two for women ¨C that are also available in pink gold. As you can see in my signature, this watch is on my want list. So I don't miss out, I want to ask some questions about its discontinuation.Has this been definitively confirmed? When will it happen and is there an estimate of how long stocks will last (what is my drop dead date for new AD purchase)? Is there a replacement planned? Saw some mention of a Baselworld announcement. Will this be the same style with a co-axial movement and new model number? If it looks the same, that might be acceptable to me.This is the closest watch want that I have that would classify as a grail and I don't want to miss out on owning one. Originally I had planned a purchase for next May as a 10th anniversary present from my wife (she would get some kind of sparkly thing she wanted). Now, my 9th anniversary is next week and this weekend, we're going out of town. It just so happens that where we're going (Kansas City) has one of the only Omega ADs within 200 miles of here.If I can wait without worry, I wo
I finally got a break from moderating, and wanted to come here for a while. Turns out I have nothing to say though. So how's tricks?
Ahhh after all the snow we've had dumped on us I thought of this symphony of watches to remind myself that spring is hopefully inevitable....Winter - icy cold and primal Spring - refreshing, crisp, energizing and rebirth!Summer - blazing heat and blinding sunny glory!Fall - all colors, cool breezes and qarm sweaters and walks in the park! Now of course I jut wear them whenever I like :) but thought it would make a nice little symphony of pics from my lineup! Feel free to share your own if you care!
Hi I have a 1665 sea dweller with the original acrylic crystal. It has a ton of scratches. Options are to replace or buff. If I replace at Rolex, does anyone know whether the replacement crystals are distinguishable from the originals?
