HelloNewbie here.I do hope I'm not doubling up (I did a search and got no matches) but I was wondering if anyone can recommend a replacement strap for a Calatrava. As much as I like to have genuine parts I cannot stomach the 400 odd dollar price tag for the original (which I am lucky 2 get 18 mths wear from, it being my daily wearer).Thanks for any info._____________________ed tree

I have several Hamiltons with exhibition backs. Most of the automatics come with at least a partial viewing window on the caseback. Is this just a cool feature?Do you take off your watch and look into the movement?Do you show others what a REAL watch looks like?Do you like to look in your neighbor's window, especially at night?Or, is this just an overrated feature?

Can't Find This Watch.
This watch is a family heirloom but I can't find anything on it. I found these pictures off of eBay but the one shown looks really, really new. The one I have is about 25 Years old, don't know if that's good or bad. The watch is a mechanical and goes by the name of Cortebert 17-Jewel INCABLOC.I found one on eBay for $667. I know nothing of the price though.Any ideas?

Hi everyone, first post here, but long time reader. I've been in the preowned Rolex world for a few years now- started with a TT 80s DJ, built up two more, 14K 1503 Date, then really started things going by collecting Zenith Daytonas. All are gone now, but the other day I walked into my AD to see what was what, and there, placed nonchalantly on the display case while I tried on a WG Daytona oysterflex (more on that later), was a BLNR. I'm a sucker for rare things, from CDs to vehicles to watches, and seeing a HTF Rolex that sells online for higher than MSRP tickled me. It's not that I wanted to buy it and immediately resell, rather the knowledge that I could resell it and not lose any money. I never had a plan to buy new from an AD. I never had a plan to buy a GMT. But when I saw the BLNR, I couldn't stop looking at it.
