Help Identifying my Grandfathers watch
After my Mother died, I was given my Grandfathers watch. On the face it says Longines, with the logo beneath. It has a sweep hand below the regular hands. The chrystal is pyramid shaped when viewed from the base. The chrystal makes a "crease" down the middle making it a bit awkward to read. The inscription on the back is from the bank for which he worked, honoring him for 25 years of service through 1955, so I assume it was purchased in that time range. I have been all over the web, and cannot identify it. I would be truly honored to know if anyone here can tell me more. I have uploaded a couple pictures. Thank you so much in advance!

so i finally got around to taking a few pics last night. i learned real fast however, that point and shoots, with macro and no flash just can't pull it off on something like this.. even with a tripod. guess i'll have to invest in a SLR at some point in the future. haha.oh well, here's a few pics, sorry for the poor quality. i hope you enjoy. :)and i absolutely LOVE this air race. i was quite worried about how i would like the band but i have no issues with it. it's really comfortable on my wrist and even though i have it on the last hole while on my skinny wrist the band doesn't wrap all the way around which i was concerned would detract from the the watch itself. the brushed look really adds a lot to the case. i feel good wearing it to work in a casual environment and would have no issues dressing it up a little. i mean, i wouldn't wear it with a $5000 armani suit but i also don't own a $5000 armani suit so i guess i don't have to worry about it.

Clarification needed please
Guys, can anyone please clarify the main differences between the calibres 2226 2326 & the 3126, as I see various models such as Safari, Navy, etc advertised with all of the above calibre, did they change throughout difference series such as E,F,G & H ? Also which is regarded as the most reliable?
