As much as I love my first one - PAM98, I am not exactly thrilled with my current 'Panerai Experience'.I should also note that I seriously collect watches now for almost 10 years and I was fortunateas I 'never' needed any of my watches to get 'fixed' as none of them were ever broken.The only time I saw my watchmaker was to do a regular maintenance service, adjust timing, changea dial or bezel insert on number of my watches.....you get the idea.And no....I am NOT writing this post to ***** about Panerai quality as I know that 2-3 replies belowsomeone will say...."yeah, they make 40,000 watches a year, and since these are small mechanicalmarvels, something is bound to happen Just send it in to Panerai, they will fix it for you".Unfortunately that Is NOT acceptable to me at this time..
