Audemars Piguet 25820ST.OO.0944ST.03. wrist watches news:
Veterans of the watch industry know that automatic watch winders are a relatively new addition to the horological enthusiast's world. Such an odd thing really. What did the last several decades of collectors do when they had large collections of automatic winding mechanical watches? I really don't know. In my ongoing coverage of watch winders, I seek to find the perfect winder for you. Each model and brand has something unique to offer, and will be right for many people. Personally, I have a growing collection of all sorts of winders. No winder is perfect, and the right one will depend on where you store watch, how large your wrists are, and of course your budget. For you right here is a review of the very nice SwissKubiK. It is a very modern and well designed watch winder that for some will be the world's most perfect winder.SwissKubiK watch winders are all perfect squares (10cm x 10cm) for the single winders. Though the company does make units that are meant to wind multiple watches.
This is the chronograph we have been waiting for from Cartier. The Rotonde de Cartier Chronograph is round, 40 mm in diameter, uses Cartier's great in-house caliber 1904-CH, and looks fantastic. 2 OF 4 When we reviewed the Calibre de Cartier Chronograph here, we agreed that though the merits of the excellent in-house chronograph movement were very real selling points, there was a lack of design cohesiveness throughout the piece ¨C?seen primarily on the dial. Here, the Rotonde de Cartier Chronograph provides us with a more balanced, traditional dial with the full Roman numeral treatment, silvered outer minute track, and Breguet hands. 3 OF 4 The 40 mm case is wonderfully balanced, and the rectangular pushers are incredibly subtle from the front of the case looking at the watch. Inside the Rotonde de Cartier Chronograph is the same great 1904-CH self-winding movement from the Calibre Chrono. Here though, it actually fills up more of the case than with the Calib
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. As the title indicates, I am looking to buy my first Patek Philippe and have settled on a 5711. The particular one I am looking at right now comes with everything that you would get with a new purchase. However, as evident from the pictures, it has a few scratches on the bezel. Since I have always been into collecting vintage Rolex, I would appreciate your opinions about the said scratches. .chrono24.in/patekphilippe...-id5757884.htmAny other insights would also be infinitely appreciated. Would anyone ever flip a HULK and if so for what?
We all know John loves his GMT BLRO and he claims it was his most worn watch in 2017.But... he also likes his BBN. :)Imagine. A guy having millions of dollars worth of watches in his collection chooses this as his tool watch. That just speaks for itself.Sent from my SM-G955W using Tapatalk
