Unique Swiss watch maker MCT is sort of back on the scene after being quiet for a few years. The brand's famous Sequential One timepiece was developed by movement designer Denis Giguet, who later left the brand. When I last spoke to him he told me that he would be working full time at Van Cleef & Arpels of all places. MCT was recently scooped up by a new guy I believe and has been trying to get it back on track. The first step is to revitalize the Sequential One with some design variations. Here are the two new MCT Sequential One S110 watches.Each has the same wonderfully original manually wound movement that has a revolving retrograde minute hand and hour markers on triangular shutters. We first wrote about MCT here back in 2009 and there is a video there showing how the watch works - it is super cool. The minute counter moves sequentially in a clockwise manner as the hours change. Extremely rare and old Elgin Item 280793133730. This guy should be writing political speeches. If you have a blah Swiss bumper auto, maybe it will sell better if you call it an old rare Elgin. Oh it has a case and movement from National Watch Co, that's just one of Elgin's old names. And that Kreuter name thing on the dial? He had it made special. If only Mr. Kreuter had used his money and influence with the factory to have something unique and desireable created for him.Joel

Dear Members, I have heard that the premium charged by AP on the gorgeous 15202 (vis a vis the 15400) is also due to a different, more elaborate and complex manufacturing process. Is this correct, and if so, what are the differences exactly? Is there any source/reference that provides more information on that?ThanksAbdullah

Hi Omega watch aficionados,I am interested in the Speedy Hesalite here in Canada. The MSRP is CDN$6,664 (taxes in). I already talked with an AD and the sales manager is willing to give me 17.5% off MSRP.Do you guys think this is good enough or should I bargain for more?
