Baume & Mercier M0A08772 The Related Reviews:
- Absolutely outstanding watch! Unbelievably light, packed with useful features for an active enthusiast. Functions flawlessly, the altitude tracking feature is remarkably accurate if you stop it when resting. Large face makes it easy to read in the dark and LED backlight is particularly useful when you've been out of the light for extended periods. Honestly Tissot did an excellent job on this watch the only thing I miss is a second hand but the digital display more than compensates (including the seconds in the displayed time)

Baume & Mercier M0A08772 wrist watches news:
so I was wondering I have been looking at the diver line, I saw a model up for sale here not too long ago that I really liked, it had a blue wave dial but was 44mm, does oris make a larger 47mm dive watch in that same dial pattern?
This one , just in.....
Some years ago I bought a quartz watch at my local (drug store - name omitted) that I believed to have a day/night complication (not that "complication" meant that sort of thing to me at the time) and was immediately disappointed that the "sun" and "moon" didn't trade places from AM to PM. Setting the time after changing the battery the other day I noticed two things: the date quick sets(!) and the disk upon which the "sun" and "moon" reside advances a curious two "bumps" every night between 1 and 3 AM. Now, I'm starting to suspect that the "sun" actually represents the full moon (might explain why it, too, is surrounded by stars). If the disk were to make a complete revolution each lunar cycle it would have to advance about 12.5 degrees per day which I'm not sure it isn't doing.I'd like to check this hypothesis, but any documentation for this is long since disappeared. I think I can manipulate the heavenly bodies into whatever position is correct but I'm not sure where my full moon sh
Okay I made a post a couple of days ago asking what you would buy with $200, well some of my ebay auctions sold for more than I was expecting. So now the question iswhat Diver or Chronograph style watch would you buy with $350?
I must admint... I hate adjusting the date on both Pepsi and BLNR after a few days of not wearing them. The thought of rotating the hour hand two full rotations to advance the date by 1 day, and then to repeat this over and over to catch up to say 10 days later... I feel like I am doing this to the watch and putting extra wear and tear by fast forwarding the hour hand that normally forwards slowly. Yesterday I picked up 16710 to wear it and the date said '2'. I thought meh.... close enough to 12! and just set the time and wound it a bit and put it on.So technical watchmakers and professional watch rotators of experience: what say you? Should I be worried about clicking forward many days in one shot, done perhaps two - three times a month? Or should I just ignore the date and refer to my iphone for that info???
