- I LOVE my Suunto Observer watch and therefore I must LOVE this duct too since my watch won't work without it. The battery lasts about 2 years which is just fine by me.

- I wanted a watch that would go with the silver jewelry that I usually wear, but that would also be of high quality. I was tired of cheap watches that didn't last. This watch looks great and will last for a long time.

Baume & Mercier MOA08592 wrist watches news:
Okay everybody it's time to own up!!! I bet we have all made a mistake about an aspect of our hobby. You know something that really makes you cringe with embarrassment when you think about it. Well now it is time to spare your blushes and let everyone know.I will start it off with my own classic which only occurred in the last few weeks: I have been thinking of purchasing my first vintage watch and contacted our very own ulackfocus and asked him if he would have a look at an Omega I had seen advertised - unfortunately I described it as - wait for it - a pie crust modelUlackfocus must have fallen off his chair with laughter but he was very kind and pointed out my mistake. Every time I think of my mistake I cannot help laughing with embarrassment. So come on everyone - over to you, see if you can beat that one
...but having no luck at finding my Omega Constellation! As much as I search, something always turns out fishy with most of the vintage Constellations I see. For example, I came across a nice cross-hair dialed pie pan in really great shape. The case edges were crisp, the faceted lugs were sharp, the dial & hands were fantastic...but then the seller sends me the serial number of the movement and there's no way it is original to the watch. The cross hair dials were only made to a certain year, and this movement is from several years later. I also saw a fantastic Constellation with a mint dome dial and an awesome 18K Ω logo brick bracelet. Wonderful hooded lugs, everything is great - except the logo on the back. The stars above the observatory are polished off. I found a nice gold capped version on eBay a few days ago too - and got outbid at the last second. However, I have found one more very nice 14K piece, and everything is correct except the price! The seller is
It seems to me that every time a Tudor BlackBay is brought up in a post or released a lot of people ask How thick is it? Which is always followed by massive complaints that the in house BB is simply too thick. So what gives?First, we first have to start with the reality. Tudor set themselves up for this one as the original ETA BB was a skinny 12.7 MM (by dive watch standards for those manufactured by Rolex or Tudor). When the in house version came out and due to a bigger movement the thickness shot up to just under 15 MM at 14.8 MM, or by 15%! Now you do get a longer power reserve in trade-off. Some argue there should be no trade off at all. I do no necessarily disagree but I did not design the watch. The complaints and statements of if it wasn't so thick have not stopped since. Valid points. But is the thickness issue really a valid enough point to be the subject of nearly every Tudor BB post on the forum? The SubC is 12.7 MM thick, I don't think this includes the cyclops. The SD4k
Hey everyone...totally get that ebay is not the best place to buy a watch nor should it be trusted like some of the amazing sellers on this forum...this being said it can be a good place to get the best prices on a watch...This is often the case as you are cutting out the middle man of a dealer between the buyer and seller.Having been a seller on ebay for over 10 years it is a known fact that eBay always protects the buyer at all costs and will refund the buyer if a product is fake, flawed, ill described, or pretty much any reason at all. This applies whether you are buying internationally or domestically. This creates an issue for eBay sellers in many cases as the buyer nearly always get the benefit of the doubt. Its a lot of work, but if the cost savings are good enough, it could be worth it to purchase a watch off ebay, either pay someone to authenticate it/get it authenticated on the forums and if it is no good just return it and get your money back.I know there are costs associat
Like their watches, the telephone hold music one is treated to when calling Rolex Service Center Dallas is familiar yet distinctive in its elegance and quality. Kudos Rolex, I expect nothing less.
