Sylvester Stallone Ogles A Few New U-Boat Watches: Makes Panerai Jealous?
Like many celebrities Sylvester Stallone is a big watch lover. Unlike others he is attributed with making a brand popular in Hollywood (Panerai), and working closely with watch companies. Accordingly, Panerai has even released models with the "Slytech" name in honor of Stallone for his love and participation with the company. Stallone love's Panerai so much, he even proudly wears them in some of his movies most recently Rambo 4. A recent company that has interested Stallone is U-Boat, an Italian designer producing well made watches with distinct retro-military-nautical themes. Heirloom Watches...
I have three (what I refer to as) heirloom watches. I may not ever wear them, but I don't ever want to get rid of them. They'll go to my daughter when I leave this earthly plane and she can figure out what to do with them. Sadly, the three previous owners of these watches are no longer with us. I decided to shoot these while messing around with a new table-top studio.This is my Dad's old Hamilton:This is my Step-Dad's old Omega. Diver Dimensions help
Hi guys,I'm deciding between the diver and the ROO FC as my first AP but needed a few dimensions. Tex was kind enough to do a few for me regarding the Forged Carbon. By any chance would someone here be able to tell me the dimensions of the diver parts highlighted by the 3 coloured lines on the borrowed picture below (thank you original poster of the photo)? It would be most appreciated as it will give me a better sense of which watch to buy in the next little while. Thank You!!!
