Blancpain 5085F-1130-52 wrist watches news:
Just a few more days to enter for a chance to?win a cool MARCH LA.B AM3 Marron automatic mechanical watch (here) on watches-dealer. Enter now before it's too late! That green colored rear crystal is just too neat to pass up...
I'll start. This is one of my favorites...found a number of years back on the bay. Absolutely love the deco styling. Swiss made...unknown maker. Face is about 53mm, chromed stand measures 4 1/8" x 3 1/4". Runs well and is in great condition.I have never seen the actual movement as the mainspring covers the entire back and I don't want to mess with a good thing...OK...let's see yours...
Sorry if this is a repost but I did do a quick search.I purchased this about 10 days ago, love it and got another for my buddy. Not too many books I can give a .amazon/gp/product/386...ef=oss_product
Pretty happy my AD under promised and over delivered on this one once I decided to go for it...wasn't expecting until March/April. But as I was getting ready for the gym Saturday morning, email pops up on my phone that it had come in, and did I still want it? Um...yeah! So shot down to the AD for a grab and go since I had Flyers tickets and a game to get to. When I got there, it was handed to me along with scissors...got to cut it out of the plastic, etc, so it was nice and fresh with a whiff of Swiss air released into the shop Oh yeah...so what did I get? A blue 5711. Should be not surprise to the regulars as I've been talking about the wait for it...and the wait was worth it. Even if I had to go until April or longer. Nice watch...not my first Nautilus, but one I see sticking around while I am on my mission to slim down the collection to things I'll wear regularly; it is a bit bittersweet as it accelerates the departure clause for a couple of watches I pegged to go if I added anythin
Hey guys,I want to have the cyclops on my 16713 done sometime soon as that seems to always have a glare at the wrong place making reading the date more difficult. Is there some sort of spray that I can buy and do it at home or do I need to take the watch somewhere to have it done?I searched on google but almost everything I found was related to eye glasses. Thanks in advance.
