Xicorr is a young Polish watch brand committed to putting "made in Poland" on the map. We reviewed their first watch, the Circle, back in 2013. Though we found the overall design a bit divisive, we were taken with the unique aesthetic of the case and its solid build quality. ?We were most impressed with the brand’s commitment to building their watches from the ground up, with all components, excluding the movement, designed in-house and made to spec. Eventually, Xicorr would like to sell watches entirely made in Poland, and though the company currently uses third-party movements¡ªmostly from China¡ªthey hope to manufacture their own down the line.In the meantime, Xicorr has been busy releasing a number of new models, many of them automotive inspired. My Speedy 321
Well some of you might have already known I recently acquired a 321. I wore it for a week or so now and it winds like a charm and keeping good time. As most of you who knows about 321, is its classic Lemania 2310 movement and 'possibly' the first watch with this movement which went to the moon are just simply a joy to watch. I opened the case and took a few shots of this infamous calibre 321 (which incidentally also prettied up in Patek 5004/5070 and VC) for your enjoyment. Have a nice weekend.Mech.

Trying to be politicly correct
I'm not asking this in the OIF since (theoretically) it is not Invicta.SOHow come the highly touted Potger Pietri brand that was supposedly such a big deal as a quality manufacturer and (I assume the marketing precursor of the "Reserve" line )is all of a sudden showing inexpensive quartz models as their offerings at the TV site??I shudder to think that the Potger Pietri name was simply a marketing ploy.No Way.Not Lalo(any one see coiffman lately???)

QUESTION: Does Rolex Make Leather Bands
Hi!My boyfriend invested in his first rolex (An Explorer) last year. He purchased it from Bob's and it has a plastic black band. His 30th birthday is coming up in a few months and I want to get him something that will last him a long time.Currently I cannot afford to get him a stainless steel band for his rolex, but I was thinking of getting him a nice black leather band. Does Rolex sell their brand black leather bands? If so, is there a place that anyone suggests getting it from?I was having some difficulty trying to find out the answer to that question myself. I see a lot of bands that are not rolex that say they fit rolex's. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.Hoping to make his 30th birthday really special!

Saw this watch in the wild today
My wife has a good friend who has mentioned to me that her father is into watches. Today I got the chance to meet and talk with him at his granddaughter's birthday party (his granddaughter is the same age and friends with my son). Here's the watch he was wearing today. I'm relatively new to watches as a hobby (within the last couple of years), so this is by far the nicest one I've seen in person. It was truly beautiful.
