- The watch packs all the features than can fit in a watch.. and at an affordable price. My only concern was that it dimensions were pretty , and needs a wrist to carry it comfortably. That aside, it's an awesome buy.

First of all, sorry for lack of photos. My PC is unable to upload. Take a quick look on google for some images of the LLD.I had been looking at the LLD for over six months- the style just looked so super cool. Funny, because I am not into vintage watches at all. But this one just had a great look and I loved the material strap, which is said to be completely waterproof (see previous thread). So in July, I went for it.But the way, the LLD box is incredible- it's huge! I could write a whole review about the box! A masterpiece. So, my comments on the piece itself. At 42mm, with a slim strap, it is not huge but, since there is no outer bezel, it is quite a nice size. I wear mine to work with a suit- I think it looks absolutely classic with a suit or with a jacket. The double crowns give it a nice sporty feel at the same time. As per my previous thread, I am considering wearing it to the beach and ocean in April.I have to say that the LLD is easily the most comfortable watch I own.
Hello all. I recently had Ralph Lauren ship both their 38mm and 42mm Slim Classique watches to a Ralph Lauren store near my home. They were both white gold without diamonds. I absolutely love this watch and have had my eye on it for some time.I am getting married very soon and wanted to get a very nice formal dress watch that I could make a family heirloom. Since this watch has a plain back for engraving, my fiance is going to engrave it with a special message without me knowing it until it is given back to me on our wedding day. After looking at both sizes, I ended up buying the 42mm. The store manager who was helping me suggested the larger one. I have two other high end watches that are both 42mm so I think I initially felt more comfortable with the larger one.Of course, I am now second guessing my decision. Can anyone help me out? I definitely want this watch to be my formal dress watch. I will be wearing a tuxedo to my wedding. Now I also wear suits to work each day and plan on wear
Long story short, I have been looking at the 5167 for years. However, I was never really serious about it based on the cost. But as I wind my way down the watch path, I find myself always gravitating towards a few specific things. And this is not to say that I don't like other things about watches. Yet, if I am to find what I believe my perfect watch (which I am still on the hunt for, even if it is not possible), these are the things I like.Smaller size. Still 40mm, but on the small size. Everything today seems so big. I am not a big guy. 5'10 and 175 lbs with a 7 wrist. And while I love some of my bigger watches. If I am picking what I really prefer, it is a Daytona sized watch. Lume. I cant get over it. I just love it. A date. I am ok and appreciate no date watches. In fact, in many ways, I prefer them. But if I am going for my perfect watch, I do prefer a date. Water depth rating enough so that I can go anywhere and do anything. (I will never dive, so that is not a
