Breguet 7787bb/12/9v6 wrist watches news:
“Does it do anything?” “It tells the time. We know you have trouble with punctuality.” So goes the exchange between James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Q (Ben Whishaw) as Agent 007 is handed his newest Omega watch in the 24th Bond film, SPECTRE, which opens this week.Omega has been the watch of choice for James Bond since 1995, when Pierce Brosnan strapped on a Seamaster for Goldeneye. The Swiss brand has released a commemorative 007 timepiece to coincide with each subsequent film, but this year will mark a first in Omega’s partnership with the Bond franchise: Omega will release a limited-edition version of Bond’s movie-worn watch (which does, in fact, do something other than tell the time, and actually plays a key role in a pivotal scene) ¡ª an Omega Seamaster 300 on a black-and-gray NATO strap. The Omega Seamaster 300 “SPECTRE” Limited Edition has a 41-mm-diameter stainless-steel case with brushed and polished finishing, and a bidirectional rot
Hey guys, I wanted to just do a very short study and pictorial review of just what the differences are between real OEM 6309 Hands vs. Aftermarket. We all know that today with so many refurbished 6309divers watches floating around with many being retro fitted with aftermarket dials & hand sets from the Philippines, that it's sometimes confusing to know which is which, so we will take a quick look at these hands both real and aftermarket. (Not that there's anything wrong with refurbished watches, but some of us prefer all originals if we have the choice)First off, we'll take the type 1 set of Seiko (aftermarket seiko 6309 hands) and examine them at there main points of identification: These hands have semi sharp edges at the spear point head that have weak finishing and rounded edges around there whole length, the minutes hand has an extra long spear point which doesn't come close to OEM, the center shaft is wider than the seiko OEM hands and the meatball is larger and not well fin

Hi everyone, first post here, but long time reader. I've been in the preowned Rolex world for a few years now- started with a TT 80s DJ, built up two more, 14K 1503 Date, then really started things going by collecting Zenith Daytonas. All are gone now, but the other day I walked into my AD to see what was what, and there, placed nonchalantly on the display case while I tried on a WG Daytona oysterflex (more on that later), was a BLNR. I'm a sucker for rare things, from CDs to vehicles to watches, and seeing a HTF Rolex that sells online for higher than MSRP tickled me. It's not that I wanted to buy it and immediately resell, rather the knowledge that I could resell it and not lose any money. I never had a plan to buy new from an AD. I never had a plan to buy a GMT. But when I saw the BLNR, I couldn't stop looking at it. The polished centerlinks, the half blue cerachrom bezel, the blue hand- every feature contributes to a subtle beauty that I never realized until seeing it in person an
