This Armani Mechanico shows its movement more than most skeleton watches, and the roman numerals to show the time stand out to give a very 3D effect. I had to take it off to show several people, after they kept looking at it.

Looking for an automatic (or solar or kinetic) watch with alarm
I'm looking for a good looking watch with some kind of movement that doesn't need a battery replaced and has an alarm. I currently have an Invicta 8926 and I like the general look of it. But, I'd like to find a watch with an alarm - I just don't want an ultra busy face and I don't want to ever replace a battery. I've looked at Citizen Eco-Drives - one of those might work. I love the look of the Christopher Ward C60 Trident (C60 Trident Automatic - Charcoal Bezel -Pre Order Mid October - C60-TRI-SKCS - Automatic - Limited Edition; Incabloc Anti-shock; Superluminova - Swiss Made) and ohif only it had an alarm! But it don't :( So, I'm open to suggestions.

Watch Authenticity *yikes*
I recently picked up a good looking watch at my local watch store on a whim. I must concede, I know *nothing* about watches. The packing says "Nicolet 1886" and I've enclosed images of the watch. Is it authentic or was I ripped off? I need to know whether I need to bull up the gold'ol BBB.org and file a complaint about my local store. Typical AP Discount?
When you guys purchased your AP, what was your discount? I was at a non-AD that sells a collection of nice watches from AP, PP, VC etc and they offered me 35% off on a BNIB ROC rose gold on band. It came with boxes and papers, but made me question the authenticity with such a steep discount. Especially since they had to order it, so it wasn't dead stock that they were trying to move.
