Breguet 5827BB/12/9Z8 wrist watches news:
Here is something you don't see everyday. The Toubrograph "Pour le Merite" by Saxony's A. Lange & Sohne was the second watch by the high-class watch maker to bear the "Pour le Merite" badge. The available model is of the rarest, in platinum, with just 51 pieces made. The watch was released in 2005 with an incredible reception. Despite the fact that A. Lange & Sohne watches are often very similar in character, it is the small differences that each new model bears that are intriguing. The watch company defines conservation, when it comes to keeping high-end watch making a purists' art form. The Tourbograph "Pour le Merite" features a world's first combination of desirable complications. It had a one minute tourbillon, a fusee and chain escapement, and a rattrapante chronograph, along with a power reserve indicator. All in a very simple looking, but mechanically complex package. The watch itself has over 1000 parts inside, each carefully finished by hand. The split second or 'rattr
Well here they are .....I have polished up the cases, and that's about it .....only 2 of them run well, several start and stop which means 2 sellers were rather inaccurate in their description ....but I don't want to give any of them back ......( even the Tissot is better than I had imagined ...) so left to right.....top row first ......Walham , Wittnauer, Waltham ( running) Hamilton, ( Milton) and SIgma.Benrus ( running) Hamilton...and TissotI am rather pleased about how they each cleaned up so nicesly ..now it's time for Jerry wo work his magic on them and get them up and running ......This is the group I paid $145 for, excluding shipping
Does anyone have good experiences with this watch?tagheuer/the-collecti...=CV2010.BA0786I really like it, and tried it at my local AD today (well not this exactly, tried the two mentioned at the end), it's a very very nice piece, very thick and with great wrist presence...I can get it for $2720 (discount included from MSRP of $3200), but I like to hear your opinions, as many say that Tags are overpriced for what they areI have a Formula 1, and really like itAlso, any info on the movement? it has the Tag Calibre 16, but I'm sure that it's a refinished ETA of some kind, or not?Let's see what you guys think...The one in the link above is to be ordered, I can get these two immediatly, but I'm not completely sure:This version signed by Lewis Hamilton, nice one, but I think that I like the "plain" version bettertagheuer/the-collecti...=CV201M.BA0794This is the same watch, but with leather strap...tagheuer/the-collecti...=CV2010.FC6205
just wondering if anyone has shipped a watch out for servicing, and had a bad experience like a lost package or damaged package ?
Hi all,Just signed up for the forum. Was hoping for some help as I am very new to watches. I really like the Rolex Milgauss z Blue, and id like to get one. I¡¯m going to need an extra link to fit comfortably. I¡¯ve never owned a watch before and am drawn to the Milgauss as it seems versatile enough to wear every day. I¡¯m hoping to keep it as long as I live and then leave it to my son. There are so many online options but I¡¯m wary of getting duped and not having the Rolex manufacturer warranty if something goes wrong. Where I live in WI there are three ADs in the state. I¡¯ve only talked to one who said they wouldn¡¯t negotiate at all off 8200 msrp, and that the price fe Rolex would be going up in feb. I haven¡¯t tried he other two yet. I¡¯m seeing it online from anywhere from 6-8k, I want the watch brand new, and I want to get the best possible price, as this is a major purchase for our family. Any direction you could provide as to best way to buy Rolex, warranty issues and what t
