Breitling a1733010/g697-1CD wrist watches news:
One reason for you guys in the US to vote for himI saw it on a picture in a Swedish newspaper.
I just received a new Aerospace and have managed to adjust all functions except the actual correct time. From the neutral position I have selected the local time function and pulled out the crown to display 'T' on the upper screen. The hour and minute display are flashing, but I am only able to adjust the hands. The hands are fine; the local time display in lower window is off by 3 hrs and some minutes. I don't see how to adjust that local display. I want the hands to stay where they are! Then I tried the syncronize function, with an 'R' in the top window. Again, if I pull out the crown it will adjust the hands, not the lower display. Appreciate any help. Thnx, Stuart
Thoughts? Opinions? Pictures?I've tried the search function for the forums but haven't turned up much. Thanks for your help.
Took a ride today with Windy to a watchmaker who's retiring soon. Most of the things were mediocre or redials, but I picked up a Constellation I pictured in the Omega forum for a steal. I saw an interesting diamond Mystery Dial LeCoultre in 14K white gold, a cool Patek Philippe I posted in the Patek Forum, and a few others. Here's a few I know a handful of us here will appreciate:I have a full box of Bulova so I passed, and check out the complications on this Wittnauer:If it was a little bit higher end brand I would have considered it. Honestly, for the $750 he was asking it was worth it seeing as they can sell for upwards of $1100. Now, I may wake up in the middle of the night and realize I MUST ACQUIRE IT but I can go back next week.
Recently I sold my 02/1933 14k gold ex-King Boris the 3rd Tsar of BulgariaMagnificent looking wristwatch, Large 38mm in diameter, 13mm Thick Chrono 33.3 T3 with enamel outer hour display and Arabic numerals.I have a feeling that I should have kept it...What do you think..?
