I got a call from my AD earlier today They are done servicing my watch and they adjusted it so it now runs 0,01sec too fast pr.day. They had tested it over some days now and its 0,01 accurate. I have a hard time beliving this but he says its true so I got to trust him. But seriusly is it possible? and do anyone know for about how long it usually stays this accurate before it starts going fast or slow?ALso I ordered the black Roman Sunb dial, and he told me it will take near 6 weeks from they ordered it today and untill it arrivesHe told me he could send my rolex to me and I can send it back again to him wean they get the dial in. But I am not so sure I wanna sendt it with mail two times extra just to walk with it for 6 weeksMy AD is near 10 houers by car away from were I live

...I'm off to get married on Saturday!!! My bride and me (and my 116201): Our wedding is this Saturday but I won't have a chance to check in here for a few weeks. From then on, a wedding ring will be present in all my wristshots. We're very fortunate to be marrying in a beautiful church among the old spires of Oxford: (Whoops - what's that Yacht-Master doing there?? ;-) ) On Saturday I'll be wearing my 116201 and my tux......see, a non-formal watch DOES look good with formal attire!! There will be at least one other Datejust in formal attire - my father's:I suspect he'll be able to pull it off too. Finally, we'll spend our honeymoon in sunny Mexico...this time not the Yucatan, however - we're touring colonial Mexico and then relaxing at the beach in Acapulco. Have some questions regarding the NATO strap.
I would like to put a Nato Strap on my SEIKO watch, but wondering if the strap will cover the see thru back? The ones I've seen are one piece, wouldn't that go over the case's back?Thanks

switching from aluminum bezel to ceramic
Hi everyone, am about to purchase my first rolex watch (submariner), and i was told i can buy the old model (pre-owned) with aluminum bezel to save money and then i can change the bezel to ceramic, i was wondering if that is possible? thanks in advance.
