- My son decided to start collecting pocket watches. He searched for quite some time before settling on this one. While this will not get a lot of day-to-day use. He loves it! It looks great, and he's received many compliments.

Breitling A1338012/B975-ocean-racer-black-folding wrist watches news:
Hi everyone! I'm currently looking at expanding my small collection of dive watches to brands other than Invicta (which I love, say what you will) and I admire Oris' diver designs. I would love to have a Coste LE Diver but the reality is I can only afford something in the Divers Date price range, preferably an SS blue dial w/ bracelet. However, I still want to make sure I'm getting the most watch for my money, and the only comparison I will have is the Invicta Reserve Pro-Diver. The Invicta is also all Swiss made and has the same Sellita movement but it is COSC certified and WR to 500m. It is also available at a lower price so it already has a leg up on the Oris. So, now that I've stirred the pot, how does the ODD compare to the IRPD? I'd prefer to hear from those who have both, and please be specific (ie "better fit and finish" doesn't say a whole lot). TIA.
The Moeris in this photo was my granddads 21st birthday present from his mother.I wear it whenever I think of Pop. He was one of the true gentlemen and I miss him a lot.
Hey everyone, looking for some help in regards to an AP 15300. I'm turning 30 in a month and figure it's a good excuse for a new watch. I called a local watch shop, Govberg, and they happened to have a white dial G serial, preowned piece in stock for $12,750 (box no papers), Govberg 15 month warranty, and they say it's been serviced recently. I made my way down and tried it on. It's a great looking piece and extremely comfortable. I put a refundable deposit down to hold it. They said they'd need to talk to the manager about discounting. A quick search on the forum makes the price look competitive. What do you guys think about the price? Should I be looking at other models too (15400,15202)?Thanks in advance for the help
hey guys just wondering as i have been researching a few watches for my next purchase1. is the 42mm gone already you think? ie are we seeing the final trickle downs and then it will be discontinued2. whether yes or no for the above, as far as the 44 is concerned:a. will there be dials with arabic numerals? roman numerals? instead of the indiceshell even round hr marker??b. do you think we will be seeing the dashes of colour in a couple yrs time? inner bezel this color, motif that color, chronos a third or another?c. ever see a bracelet for the 44 in the future?? a full ceramic bracelet?!3. is my mind playing games or did someone actually post a pic of a roo with a white ceramic bezel? it was a 42 roo and some sort of LE or conceptlet us discuss :)
Hi, just a short question to you all that has a 5205. When the month has 30 days how does your watch change date? Does it go directly from 30 to 1 or does it fast forward 30, 31 (in the last day of the month) and then 1 the next day (hope I make myself clear)?
