Are we starting to see a shift from ETA to Sellita from watch producers/manufacturers now that swatch group owns ETA?

Omega Apollo 11 & Vancouver 2010
Even though I have only ever bought Rolex from my AD they offered me both the Vancouver 2010 (125 out of 2010) and Apollo 11 limited edition.Are these really sought after in Omega circles? The box on the Apollo 11 is quite nice.
