Meistersinger is a unique brand borne of a simple philosophy, to make mostly single-hand watches.It is my experience that not many people have heard of the brand (which of course doesn't count many dedicated watch lovers), and in some small way, this is something I hope to change. I must say, that I very much liked the looks of the original Beasts and T-Rex. It really does appear as if these watches are assembled and finished nicely. I think everyone would probably agree with that. What I can't understand is, while the watches certainly look top-notch, why would a G10 movement be utilized in these? Is it more of a jewelry piece than watch? It really does look as if no expense was spared with the case and bracelet, but I just can't get over that movement. You'd think with the prices he is charging, he could utilize a higher end quartz for just a little more money on his end.I know no one can really answer this question; I'm just ruminating I guess.
