I don't know about the rest of you but JBH's pics and travel stories are great.When I was growing up there was this TV show "Passage to Adventure" that was basically a slide show to some far away place.His photo expositions are similar.My favorite thus far.. The European Delivery BMW trip.Japan was a close second.Can't wait.Post some teaser photos soon.Thanks in advance

7S36 Day change
I'm testing my new Seiko 5 Diver, who has this movement, and I find nice the option to choose the language for the day display, mine has spanish and english...But when the day is changing starting around 11 pm, up until around 2 am, I can see the other language in the dial, and just around 2:30 am, it changes to the setted languageand stays there for the whole dayIn fact doesn't bother at all, as I'm rarely awake at that hour, but is this normal behavior for this movement?

Planet ocean bezel flimsy?
Wondering if any of you 42mm owners have this problem. When you align the bezel at 12 position, press down at 1 o'clock, is there any play in the bezel moving up and down, it feels like it is flimsy, you can hear it squeaking. Wonder if this is normal or not.Just purchased a new planet ocean old series before the price increase, loving it so far except for the play in my bezel, will try to post pics, thx.

Attached are pics of my new Submariner, which I got today, along with my story. Hopefully you will all indulge me as this is quite the moment I have worked towards! I bought my first watch when I was 16, a Bulova, it was $60; I purchased it with my own money, from my first summer job. I walked an hour to the local mall to make the purchase and ever since I have always worn a watch on my wrist. Over the years, though university and marriage, I have had other $100 - $200 watches but as I have matured in life I became much more serious in wanting a watch that I could treasure, wear everyday, and eventually pass down. I signed up as a TRF member October 3rd, 2011, knowing someday I would purchase a Rolex. Over the last 6 years we, my wife and I, put our daughter through university as she did her degree and her Masters. Our daughter graduated, not owing anything, we paid it all. Making sure my daughter’s education was looked after was worth more than anything to me. So, during the la
