Help a new guy feel better
Greetings all. This is my first post. I have a Seadweller, a TT Sub, and yesterday I bought a GMT II black and red bezel. The AD and the price aren't important - the salesman tried to draw me in by pointing out that there was an "error" on the dial. The "II" is not in roman numerals. I didn't think much of it, and that's not why I bought it. I just *bought it*. I can afford it, but now I have three Rolexes to go along with a Cartier and a few Omegas. It feels excessive.Help me feel better about it all. Please.

Please help identify this PP Ellipse
Hello,I bought this Golden Ellipse at an independent Watch Store. No box or paper but it has an orriginal PP tag. The informations on the tag are: ref. 3738/100Movement: 1195571Case: 28656971960'sIt is automatic, 18K stamp in the back of the case.I can't open the back to take pic of the movement or case back.I search all over the internet and not seen a White Roman Numeral Dial. My first review of a watch from top to toe
This is one of the most difficult watch to snap photos. I try my best here. Hope you will enjoy. ( John H: You would do a much better job, but wrong timing for me.) At first glance, the shape reminded me of a Swatch I lost 9 years ago, the Fifth Element. When I first open the box, I am already impressed with the quality of the watch box. Heavy, lacquered and glossed, when I open the box, the aroma of the leather watch pillow just mesmerized me. It's also another arm of the Walmart corporation along with Walgreen's - I won't delve into how they're choking out independent businesses and my opinions on that since that's a subject more suited to the Community Forum. You should take note to item #8 in the above article though. I know there have been a few members who bought watches from these price clubs.
