Good, as they have directed their 2013 efforts towards the Ingenieur and have launched a series of new models that commemorate their historic line of anti-magnetic watches that were originally designed for duty on the wrists of French engineers (le science!). What a dilemma... money to spend & no watch of interest
Okay, it's my birthday in a couple of weeks, and the wife has graciously allowed me to indulge my passion (obsession?). The only problem is, I have a budget of $500, and I CAN'T FIND A SINGLE WATCH THAT INTERESTS ME When did I become so jaded, or so fussy that I can't find a watch in that price bracket?There are a couple of issues though; first of all, for my collection to be added to, it must be by something a bit 'different'. I don't want anymore diver's watches, I have a nice dress watch, I have chronographs, so what's left?Secondly, I live in just about the suckiest city in the world for buying watches (okay, probably an exaggeration, but it sure feels like it sometimes).We have one Rolex AD, and one shop that's a TAG, Oris, Rado and Tissot AD.
