- This is a poor man's TAG Heuer formula. This watch has a similar look and feel at a fraction of the cost. Because it is different then all the other Stainless watches on the market I get a lot of great complements. Great value.

Breitling AB041012 wrist watches news:
This a watch that was given to me by my father, my mom bought it for him shortly after they were married in 1959,All I know about it is what he tells me, He said it was called a "Diamond Jim Brady" but I cannot find any info on this watch anywhere.I know it's 14k white gold, has a black silk strap with suede, its looks like a Tuxedo, but this has larger diamonds, and this one has diamonds on the dial, any help would be appreciated,myhamilton.jpgmyhamilton1.jpg
Is there a way to suppress the display of the two "contest-winning" images that appear at the top of this Hamilton Forum page (and pages subsidiary to it). They're nice shots, but: (a) they've outstayed their welcome; and (b) they're so large that they (in total) occupy more than one screen's worth of the site. I'm getting tired of all the ubiquitous scrolling I must do to get down to the forum content. It's annoying. I'm just sayin'.....
I have been eyeing off bronze divers for a while and had a few discussions with other members about them and differnt brands offerings. I came close a few times, and for a a while was eyeing off the Olivier Bronze Diver. But after seeing Scott's Helson I decided that it was the one to go for. Luckily Helson had an extra release, as they had been sold of out of a previous run, so I went ahead and grabbed a bronze diver with brown dial and bezel. It is a great rugged looking watch. I like the dial and bezel colour, it gives it a bit of a softer feel (although noone could accuse it of being a soft watch!). Unlike Scott I quite like the tough looking rubber strap that it came on. I will likely get a vintage looking leather strap down the track, but for now am happy with it on the rubber. It's a pity its winter here so it wont get any sea action, but I guess it will get a slower gentler patina as a result. It will be interesting to watch.
Saw this at my ADNot something I would buy because I don't like bicolor watches. Don't like that steel& gold sub neitherbut irl it did not look bad :-)
I've heard of Rolexes being randomly stocked at Costco, but had never seen one in the wild before today. Here's an 18K/SS DJ with a silver dial set with diamonds. If I'm reading Rolex's website correctly, this DJ retails for $12,350. Still a bit surprising to see these at Costco (also note the Omega box in the background - they had two ladies Seamasters).
