Breitling C1335611/K515TT wrist watches news:
Does anyone have this type of buckle ? how do you find it ? as I'm thinking to buy one with the leather strap , as i feel it is much safer to use this type of buckle so as not to accidentally drop your PAM whenever you take it off/on. Oh, and what is their estimated retail price ? I looked at some pictures at various websites on this type of buckle and it looks as if it will likely pinch your inner wrist its only my feeling though.. Appreciate if you can share your experience on this thank youPete J
Available to buy over the counter, no waiting list, the elusive stainless steel chrono 5980 and, less surprising, a 5711J. The latter at 10 % discount from tag price, which in Bangkok meant US$ 31K something (including the 7 % VAT you can get refunded at the airport) and the former........hrrrrmmm........NOT at a discount, or list, or reasonable price. A big big smile on the sales lady here in the land of a thousand smiles. Very charming. Price just over US$ 69K. No, it's not discount, it's premium. But if anyone really needs to buy a 5980 and want it from an AD, here it is.Is it OK to post prices here? Some other foras are not private shopping services and the moderator is not your private butler etc. Maybe these kind of observations are OK???
In all of the photos I have seen of Anthony Wiener (above the waist) I have yet to see him wear a watch. Does this mean people who do not wear watches have the proclivity to show the world their....well we all know what Mr. Wiener showed (and what an appropriate name given his deed)? Do these people look at their whatever tech device for the time and then get the urge to take a snapshot of....well we know what he snapped...and then send off their art work?
Are there any specific watch brands you stay away from? And I should stay away from as well? Whether it's the quality of the watch, or the way the company is run or condones it self? Please give me reasons why when naming any brand, Thanks..
I just bought a Rolex GMT - so now I have started thinking about my next purchase. On the short list, is a Omega GMT Speedmaster. A local jeweler just sold one on eBay and I was able to check it out before he shipped it. LOVE IT it was mint condition and sold for $2,800 (no reserve auction)that is A LOT of watch for under $3k !!!!!!!!! Since MSRP is $7,200 - of course I'm buying used. I would like hear from anyone out there who owns one and what they think of it. thanks....
