Breitling AB011011-F546-SS wrist watches news:
HiI wondered if any of you guys have ever seen a (aftermarket of course) pulsemeter bezel for submariner? I know rolex made one several years ago for the Daytona, but not anymore? The function would be very usefull for me. I have found a couple of pulsemeters, but figure since I already have a 16610 the cheapest and simplest solution is to get a bezel insert. Thanks¡ä
I just posted a thread showing off my two new Swiss Army divers where I mentioned I only owned four quartz watches;74.50.21.220/~watch18/forums/showthread.php?t=12590These are the other half of my quartz collection. The Mondaine is known well enough, But I think the Alessi is hardly known at all. At least, I never heard about it until I came across a review of the watch over at GMT+9;gmtplusnine/2007/09/07/on-the-record/I don't wear either of these watches, rather, they sit in a watch box on my writing desk where I can admire them for their simplicity.I do love the three hands. For the curious - that's me and my boy and then that's my late grandfather and me. Where's the time go?
Hello everyone,I am actually very attracted to the AP royal oak.I have been given the wonderful opportunity to own and I am here to seek your esteemed advice in giving a fair price to the seller. The watch in question is a AP 33mm full gold .It does not come with box nor papers. It is a D series.is it from 94-98?Condition of watch is good.Lastly ,in comes with a quartz movement, which is a disadvantage,I have tried chonoswiss and other websites but they do not have the model for sale.
Since we have plenty of Omegas on this forum, let's see your Hippocampus! I'll get it going.
I was watching one of my favourite shows called Auction which also featured the record breaking Sotheby's auction of Henry Graves Jr supercomplication, and recently saw the hammer go down on a beautiful 1518 owned by Gene Autry, the first Perpetual Calendar Chronograph made in a series by a watchmaker, and heavily responsible for putting PP at the highest echelon of the HH map. It seemed especially relevant as we have had some wonderful PCC incomings here recently and most of the rest of us dream of owning one some day.I also wondered what the first Perpetual Calendar watch ever made was and discovered that it was between a Patek, the 97975 made in 1898 but for a women’s pendant watch, and a Breguet, the 4244, but while it was made later in 1928, the caliber was made for a wristwatch. I would say it was the Breguet.Just some interesting reading below including the first wristwatch ever made by Patek, the Property of a Countess, I call it .watchtime/wristwatch-...1868-to-today/ht
