Breitling Breitling 39462 wrist watches news:
I have been an avid watch enthusiast for some time and I recently sold my Montblanc Timewalker Automatic with the hope of upgrading to an Omega. I have a budget of around $1,200 and would like to get an Omega Seamaster but with all the fakes out there and knowing that my budget is very limited regarding the watch I want I would appreciate any help on where to find that kind of watch for around that price if its possible or other options that I have with regards to my budget. I don't mind getting a quartz movement watch but I would prefer an Automatic. I've found some options on ebay but I also bought a Rolex submariner a few years back on there which ended up being a fake and would hate to fall in the same trap. Any suggestions of where I could find an authentic Omega Seamaster for around that price range. Help is greatly appreciated.
Anyone know where I can get one of these like the one in the picture? I like the print on this dial better than the newer ones. I would guess this is an older model? Thanks
Hi all.... Actually I want help, dating this watch, not identifying it. I am looking for some input to the possible age of this chrono... It was stated to be a 7750... I'll know for sure Friday, after a trip to the watchmaker.... I will describe a bit... the photos are the best I could get. I'm having to use my web cam.... It has the following... I think this may be a US made Hamilton,or wherever,it's not "Swiss Made". It is a 39mm case. It has a white dial, and at six O'clock it simply says " T Swiss T".. A notehis watch has no applied lume at all, anywhere. So there goes the idea of the (T) meaning Tritium. On the back there is no mention of Swiss... On the back it says,Hamilton (with the crown in the center),and then, Water resistant, Stainless Steel, and a stamped 4 digit number 9940. Back to the dial front side. The Regular hands are in a Gold Finish, all three. The Chrono hands, are Blued.... Note he sweep sec hand is blued, but the tip is in Gold. The Eyes have a
Just got this box from Germany. Excellent quality.Stefan
There are these yahoos who think the world is going to end this Saturday, May 21 (of course their out is that it is the start and a day October is the big date). So I am wondering, what watch to wear this Saturday? Would a chronograph be appropriate? If, as they say, we have to suffer for a few months, a chronograph makes sense as it would be helpful to time out the wait. I doubt a diver's watch would be in orderthe last time the world ended a good waterproof watch would have been handy but apparently not so this time around. I think a watch that is fire proof might be appropriate (if the trip is downstairs) or a pilot's watch (figuring going upstairs and hanging in the clouds).
