Breitling a3733011/g706-3lt wrist watches news:
I needed a change. So many sport watches, so few activities right now. I have wanted a DJ for a while and when this one came up at an irresistible price, I pulled the proverbial trigger. I've never had a watch with Romans, so this one will stand out in my humble collectionIt's due next week. (pic from seller).
Hi everyone. I am hoping that someone out there may be able to help me with regards to a watch that I am contemplating purchasing. The watch that I have my eye on is a 1950s 18K Gold Longines Conquest with a black dial. The watch appears to be in wonderful condition. Is there anything that I should particularly look for in this model? I have never purchased a vintage Longines so I don't really have a clue. I am based in the UK as is the seller. Many thanks in advance.
I'm just back from a summer holiday and while I was away I took a few shots of 2 of my Seikos that I took with me. They loved the water!!
This was a first for me today. Mrs. Boscoe decided which watch I should wear - without consultation. I hope this isn't a trend - or a sign she's getting bossy in her old age. So a poll is in order!
I wonder if anyone out there can help me understand the reference numbers given to the booklets/manuals that are issued by Rolex. I have just purchased a superb Datejust 16030 1988 and it came with everything except the Rolex booklet/manual and I am trying to workout which Datejust booklet(I.e 593.02 Eng -100-1.1988..?.) it should of had so I can possibly look to purchase a pre-used one....any help would be appreciated even if it is to understand what the numbers in the reference stand for. Thanks in advance.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
