What do you think Omega should add to the Seamaster line?
I think a GMT.The 1128-shod watches have a strong and dedicated following and I don't see the Bond as a suitable " only " offering. That's really because I'm not a fan of the Bond style. The iridescent dial is very sttractive when it exhibits a blue hue but to me it is dull when it turns grey. I've never been an advocate of the skeleton hands and the 2220.80 Co-Axial chronometer provided great relief in that the hands were slightly longer. The stubby appendages of the Bond GMT do nothing for me and I'm neither a believer in having the 24 hour scale on the dial. It just makes the dial look messy against the wave pattern. On a De Ville it is fine against athe smooth surface of the dial besides which there is nowhere else to place the scale on a De Ville. Having the 24-hour scale on the bezel of the Great white and GMT Noir was a pleasing and welcome style since it also kept the dial uncluttered. What do you think guys? What's your hope for an addition to the Seamaster line?Y'all have a

I saw this watch on an AD's website, and it piqued my interest. When I went to IWC's website, I could not find it at all. Is it discontinued? Or am I not searching correctly?Also, for the mmon portion of this watch, is it aligned like the Portuguese Calendar watch that we have been discusssing, or is the movement a different version, and the moon need to be manually adjusted?Thanks.

I sent in a malfunctioning watch... and got back a broken watch.
I made a thread a while ago about an Orient I had which was not displaying the day properly. Just yesterday I got the watch back from Orient, and was about to come back here to make sure I set it correctly, only now it seems the watch doesn't work at all. I gave it a few good shakes and all I that happens is the second hand wiggles back and forth a little bit. I would post a picture, but it would just look like any other watch.I didn't get my warranty booklet and instruction manual sent back either :(Sorry for the useless thread, I just had to rant a little. Looks like I'll be going watch-less for a while longer...

Fashion Watches: Maurice Lacroix vs. Tag?
Hi Guys -I am a newbie, but I must say I now have a keen addiction based on your timepieces I see here!Can I get some input on this recent purchase? I know I am only talking ladies fashion watch, but it means something because I know little about Maurice Lacroix and it is for my Lady's 30th b-day.I recently purchased this Maurice Lacroix Selena over a ladies Tag Aquaracer. I based my decision on what I read here and other places. I got the impression that ML is a great swiss watch, well made, independant watchmaker, etc. Regarding the Tag, it felt bulkier and too sporty for her, plus I get the impression that you pay several hundred more for b/c of Tag marketing.So I was very happy and felt I got a better deal on a watch that true aficionados like urselfs would appreciate more than a Tag. Did I get this one right??Also, a saleslady (her store only carries Tag of course) said that while ML is a great watch, the customer service is non-existent. Any thoughts on this? THANKS EVERYO
