- Not an oversized watch, so it will look good on to med sized wrists. It will be a great watch to wear on gold jewelry days.

Breitling A39362 wrist watches news:
Hello all, Having made the Switch from Rolex to Omega a couple of years ago with a Planet Ocean Chrono I've been longing for a more "everyday" watch due to the weight of the Planet Ocean. I wanted something vintage and being taken with the Omega brand I started looking at vintage Omegas. In particular I wanted a Seamaster De Ville, stainless model with an automatic movement and I've seen quite a few on ebay. Tonight I tool the plunge after looking at this watch for a few days and put a bid in and won (Sorry if there's anybody on here who was also bidding). I wonder if you could give your opinion as to if you think its a wise buy? I intend to wear the watch daily.thanks in advanceSteveeBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
I thought I'd post these as I don't think many of us get the chance to see pieces this old or using this very old technologyImage78.jpg these are pictures of a Fusee. A fusee was a power transfer system used to compensate for the uneven power of older mainspringsImage76.jpg It used the changing diameters of the fusee to decrease power when the watch was fully wound and to increase power when the watch had less windImage77.jpgThis was needed to equalize the power coming from the mainspring. The small chain is identical to a modern bicycle chain and was manufactured most by children due to the size. The next two pictures are of bridges from another watch, but indicative of the period Image79.jpgImage80.jpgI hope these are of interest both pieces are from 1820- 1830..............Jesse ( click on the pictures for a better view )

Hey I found this watch online and it is the same Colt that I have except the bezel is different. My colt is the A73380 and my bezel has time markings in intervals of 15 minutes. I like that this one has intervals of 5 minutes and want to know if this is a bezel that came with the watch or if it is borrowed from another series? I'm thinking of finding one and swapping mine...
Hey guys, just picked up the PO Titanium 42mm on a bracelet (ref. 232.90.42.21.03.001) and wanted to get the rubber strap and the titanium clasp from ref. 232.92.42.21.03.001 so I can change up the look once in a while. I've been trying to hunt down the part numbers so I can order from Ofrei since they'll probably come in way cheaper than the boutique but have had very little luck. Anyone have any suggestions on how I would be able to look these up? Tried going to the boutique, they offered to order them for me but wouldn't give me the part numbers. Thanks for the help.
