- Beautiful watch! Love it and I get so many compliments on it! My only upset is that because it is rose gold "plated", the normal everyday wear and tear is more noticeable. I work at a desk all day and am hardly rough on my jewelry, but I have noticed the underside of the watch getting slightly marked up. This started happening within a week or two of wearing it. It is only on the underside, and of course I'm the only one who notices it, but this was my concern from the beginning about getting a "plated" watch. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get rid of the marks or how to prevent them, I would be happy to hear it! Overall, love the watch! But again, just a little disappointed that such a high quality and expensive watch could get discolored so easily.

Cartier Sues Apple Over Infringing iPhone App
The Wall Street Journal Online is reporting that Cartier filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. in Manhattan on Friday claiming that a third-party iPhone app available from Apple’s App Store infringed Cartier’s trademarked designs. The app, called Fake Watch, displayed well-known watch designs on the iPhone screen. Apple quickly removed the app from their store and issued an apology, and shortly thereafter a Cartier attorney announced that the lawsuit would be withdrawn, saying that Cartier’s concerns had been addressed.

PUBLICATIONS - A.Lange & SJust received the 2009 Catalogue: State of the Art Tradition to go with my 2008 version. I'm still sticking to the Lange 1 series and was hoping to possibly see an added leaflet of the 2010 Basel Release (Lange 1 Day-matic) . I'll just have to wait for the Watch magazine publications for more details on this upcoming model to the legendary line. I know that GO adds newer release models to a smaller flyer/booklet if they can't fit it into their standing catalogue. Nothing on the Day-matic in this catalgogue though, it's all about the 31-day and the ZEITWERK technical/horology!

IĄŻve been looking at Panerai watches for a bit but have never owned one. My wife surprised me with a 653 for Christmas. I hadnĄŻt seen one before now so trying to learn more about it. The watch is numbered on the back of the case as T042/500 but I donĄŻt see that kind of numbering in pictures online. Does anyone know what this is?Also what is the general thought on the PCYC watches?Thanks for the help.

Wondering whether anyone has any wrist shots of the SD43 on a smaller wrist. My wrists are 7.25-7.5ĄŻĄŻ but I feel like they are thinner than that would imply. I can pull off the SD4k but am a bit wary of anything larger. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
