- Great clip watch...my husband kept getting his wrist watch soaked...this just clips on his belt loop...no chance of getting wet...well, not as likely. :-)

- Two words says it all. In the past watches had alarms which were audible. On the other hand, this watch is good value for money.

I have noticed a recent substantial increase in the number of automatic chronograph watches with Valjoux 7750 movements being offered by non-Swiss contract production companies like Invicta and SWI. I have been given to understand that Eta produces a limited number of 7750 movements per year. Most are quickly cased up for Swatch brands like Tissot, Hamilton, and Omega and for other approved Swiss brands like Victorinox. So where are all these other 7750 Valjoux movements coming from? I think we should explore this a bit.
Hi there,I was given an old pocket watch by my grandfather who knew nothing of its provenance. Hunting around the internet I have not found out anything about the name on the dial - Tanis - and begin to think it may be nothing more than a replacement face. On back, it has the initials and emblems associated with the TCDD, Turkish Rail. It's mechanical, and it's not at all fancy, but I am curious to see if anyone has ever seen another watch with 'Tanis' on the face. JH
My all time favorite classic Constellation :) My all steel version is my beater and this 2 tone is an occasional wear. Its a visual treat. What an elegant must have dress watch. Happy Weekend :)
