Bulgari Bulgari 38266 wrist watches news:
Welcome to episode 18 of Talking Watches. Today we're sitting down with Brad Farmerie, the executive chef behind several of the hottest New York City eateries right now. After honing his craft in London in the 1990s, Farmerie returned to the U.S. in 2003 to open Public Restaurant, which would earn the coveted Michelin Star a handful of years later. In 2011, Saxon + Parole opened its doors, and it is here that we met to discuss his thoughtfully curated collection. This is Talking Watches with Brad Farmerie. 1 OF 26 Bell & Ross BR 03 2 OF 26 Farmerie's first mechanical watch was this Bell & Ross BR 03, which was a wedding gift from his wife. As you'll see throughout his collection, Farmerie's tastes clearly tend toward the tool/function end of the spectrum – and this 42 mm aviation-themed piece is no exception. 3 OF 264 OF 26 JS Watch Co. What do people think about this watch? I have the opportunity to get it for 1500, there were only 1000 made, do you think its worth the price? There's a local shop in New York that will sell it to me - online, there are only postings on EBay, which I obviously wouldn't trust buying a watch from.
Love my new Speedy Pro Moonphase as daily wearer. The fact the chronograph second hand obscures the moon phase (at 12) is bit annoying but I also find the static second hand can be a distraction when telling the time. I prefer 1) a moving hand or b) to stop the chrono second somewhere else on the dial and leave it there (not helping seeing the time issue but at least making the moon phase visible). Will either letting it run continuously or stopping it away from 12 have any impact on the movement?Excuse if discussed before - cannot find a link via search. Many thanks
