Bulgari SC40SGVD wrist watches news:
St. Petersburg based Russian watch maker Konstantin Chaykin is one of the independents that I watch closely. Their new watch for 2011 was the Lunokhod that I covered here. Though this Decalogue is a piece they released last year as a limited edition of 76 pieces. The watch is actually based on a large clock in Prague that also features Hebrew characters as the hour indicators. Like the clock, the watch tells the time with the hands going counter-clockwise.This seemingly odd feature has to do with the Hebrew language, which is read right to left versus left to right. Therefore, to the left of 12 o'clock on the dial would be 1 o'clock versus 11 o'clock. Each of the Hebrew characters has a numeric property, so they do actually indicate 1-12 on the dial (just in the reverse of how most watches do). The result is a watch that basically indicates the time in the same, but reverse way as standard timepieces. The name Decalogue is actually another term for the Ten Commandments - which obviously

Hello Everyone,Looking for some thoughts and advise. I'm thinking of buying my first AP and wanted your thoughts between the two listed above. I currently have a few Rolexes, JLC, IWC and Panerai. I prefer a more casual everyday watch that is also rugged. I'm leaning towards the Diver, but there's something special about the 15400. I'm going to try both on tomorrow but I'd like to hear from the AP group as well. Pics welcome. Thanks in advance.
Hi all, I was wondering if you could tell me more about this watch. From what I can tell from my searching, it is a Seamaster 30, dating from about the early 60s? I also believe it is a miltary dial (although I could be wrong). I haven't had the chance to date the watch, or view the movement, but I have the opportunity to purchase this watch. I estimate it will need a new servicing and crystal. Might you be able to provide me with more information about this watch? I haven't found very much about this particular configuration. Any idea of a potential value?Pictures in just a few minutes, I am having format issues with linux. Thanks again!
Hey so I've seen many pictures and don't see any here. Does anyone know the price on a new Tiffany & Co Dial 5167- also the way to order it. I know it only comes from there flagship store and am wondering if it's a good buy for the extra money or to get a PREOWNED 5167 instead. Thanks in advance
