Chaumet Dandy Chronograph Automatic Watch Available On James List
In the US, one of the less known LVMH watch brands is Chaumet. LVMH, for those who don't already know, owns brands such as Zenith, Louis Vuitton, Tag Heuer, Hublot, and Dior. I really enjoy some of Chaumet's watch designs, but with models names like "Dandy" they might need a marketing refresh to be US market viable (if that is even in the cards for them). Lets not dwell on trivial marketing issues and focus on one of their cool watches from a few years ago. The Parisian brand released this Chronograph model back in 2006 I believe. It is a bi-compax style chronograph watch with a round face in a cushion case. Probably the best conceived cushion style case around. This is aided by the interesting design of the lugs.Chaumet is all about modern art deco design. Part of that is a play on asymmetry. Watch winder for Seiko Divers Automatic
I am in need of a multi station watch winder for several auto wind wrist watches. I will be using the watch winder for a late 70's vintage Seiko 6309-7049 (recently restored by Ken Setser, All About Time Watches), a Seiko 7S26-0028, and a West End Sowan. I use the Seiko 7S26-0028 day to day, with the restored vintage 6309-7049 being the "Sunday Watch". I prefer to keep my watches "working", as I believe that the watch mechanism and lubricants, last longer than when just sitting in a drawer.Any information concerning this issue would be most welcome.

Reliable Mechanical Russian Watch Under $150?
First, let me start out by saying I'm new here but I've been lurking for a few months. I have a couple of watches, but nothing special. Anyways, I was wondering, are there any reliable Russian watches that are mechanical for under $150? I want to buy a mechanical watch and from what I've heard Russian ones are some of the most inexpensive and durable of them all. Thanks in advance for the advice and help.

Have a very old Omega Constellation
Have an old Omega Constellation 18k face I think? with a leather wrist strap, my question is the face is all scratched, can I have the watch tuned up and replace the face to saphire crystal? also do they sell a leather strap that is Omega? seems when my dad replaced the strap he just used a regular leather strap. I would want the orig. omega strap.Where can this be done, any watch maker with good skills (I know one, who replaced the crown on my Tag Heuer) or does it have to be an Omega dealer?thanks for your help!!BTW... I was looking on ebay and saw a watch that looks exactly like it, it was listed as Constellation 18k I think. I think only the hour markers and watch arms are 18k right?
