Chain has a knot in it and the watch won't stay fastioned. It keeps falling off the chain and I am afraid I am going to lose it. I am so disappointed because it is a beautiful piece and I have to return it.

New member and so glad i found this site. I have been looking at getting an AP and have finally chosen the RO 15400 in pink gold, white dial with brown strap. This is my problem, I live in Maine and no one sells AP or really anything besides Rolex. I have been looking online on where to buy. I have found pricing a little all over the place from retail pricing to a few thousands lower. I have called a few sellers and have mixed feelings. Can anyone recommend a place that they fell they have been treated fairly? I have a few things to consider, first I would rather pay a little more but get great customer service, second if I can avoid sales tax that would be great and lastly I don't want to pay retail.any and all advice is greatly appreciated!Cheers
