To celebrate its 160th anniversary, Tissot reached back into its past and decided to bring back an iconic anniversary watch, the Tissot Heritage Navigator. The first version of this watch was released in 1953 when the brand turned 100, and now Tissot has updated the classic worldtimer design to suit the brand's modern identity, giving us the Heritage Navigator 160th Anniversary.? 2 OF 14 The biggest difference you'll notice immediately is the larger size for the 160th Anniversary Navigator. The 1953 centenary edition was 36mm, which was relatively large for the time, and accordingly the new Heritage Navigator is 43mm. The case is certainly large, but it wears very easy on the wrist. I've been considering purchasing a new RO 15400 41mm the last few days. I have a few questions for those that have purchased one before.1. Can the purchase price be negotiated? The AD I visited didn't seem like they would negotiate. Asking price is $17,800 dlrs. 2. Black or White/silver dial? I really like the white dial but I'm concern that wearing it with jeans and t-shirt will look awkward. Is viewing the hands difficult on the white/silverish dial?3. I was also looking the VC overseas (white dial time and date only) is that comparable to the RO?I plan to wear it frequently.
Hello TRF, I have had my Breitling for 15 years and never had a single issue. Today, I went to wind my watch to wear it after sitting for four days (normal practice) and even after winding 40+ times, the seconds hand will not start moving. This has never happened to me before. The watch is stored face up in a box, wrapped around a role. Everything feels normal when I wind it. Any advice?-Thanks
