New Aristo Pilot just in
So here is my newest addition. After looking at a bunch of different companies I decided I liked the looks, size and price of the Aristo brand. Here are the stats for this model(3H114).Movement: Swiss ETA 2824-2 Automatic Movement Luminance: Hour, Minute and second hands. Hour and minute markers. Dial: Black. Arabic numbers 1-12. Date: At 3 O'clock Case: Sand blasted stainless steel Case Back: Display back Bezel: Bead blasted Crystal: Hardened mineral Crown: Extra Large Push In flieger crown Dimensions: 42mm diameter, 47mm including flieger crown Water Resistant: Water resistant to 50mIt feels very solid and well built but not bulky or heavy..substantial without feeling substantial if that makes any sense. Royal Oak Clasp Issue
Hey, first post in this section. I was listing my RO Chrono for sale a few weeks ago (I've since decided to keep it, due to selling some other stuff). And while taking photos, I noticed that the clasp was a bit looser than it should be. The same exact same thing happened to me with a Hublot Big bang a few weeks prior to that, and Hublot fixed it even though the warranty period had expired. The Hublot issue was functionally nearly identical to this issue. If I had to guess, I'd say the spring on one side came loose. So I took the ROC to the AP boutique in NYC to check it out- I was told it is safe to wear, and not to fix it until the watch needs a service. While I understand that this may be true, I do like my stuff to be perfect. Can anybody recommend something that will fix this, short of sending it back for an 18 week (what the boutique quoted me) service?Photos are below- I made it look a little worse in the photos by pushing down the clasp locking piece for illustrative purposes. Mis-Aligned Markers
I just purchased this 2508 and after getting home with the watch I noticed the markers aren't perfectly lined up with their corresponding dots. They're slightly offset to the left. I notice it most at the 11 o'clock markerI've been looking at a bunch of other 570's and 2508's and it looks like this isn't extremely uncommon. Is this mis-alignment evidence of a dial restoration? Are there original dials that left the Patek factory like this? I bought this piece from a very reputable vintage Patek dealer who believes the dial to be original but would really appreciate some other opinions. Thanks in advance! https://imgur/a/HbFuk
