- Blown away. I could tell it was beautiful on TV, but it was 10 times more so in person. It's way too so I have to get some links removed, but I cannot wait to wear it. Stunning, perfect watch.

- I love this watch. When I wear it in the evening it just sparkles. I would have preferred to have the clock hands color enhanced for better visibility however, I really to enjoy the look of this watch.

Cartier 1035 wrist watches news:
I thought it was time that I posted a photo on this forum. This is the first of what I hope will be many. I would appreciate any comments on the quality of the photo and any suggestions on how I could improve it. If I practice a lot more and got to a standard half as good as Hannes , Jocke, JBHII and many of the other regular contributors to this forum I would be very happy.I bought the GMT II earlier this year on a trip to Tokyo it's my favourite Rolex ..........no they are all my favourite.regards Theo
Last Thursday I bring 2 pieces in to my watchguy. A 60s Hamilton to have the crystal replaced and a Gruen for a crown repair and cleaning.Yesterday I picked up the Hammy. No problem. I ask him what he thinks on the Gruen job, and he tells me "Hmmm? I'll take a look tomorrow!".........................................................Now, I'm not sure how watch repairmen are taught to think or ply their trade. But when one customer brings in 2 watches at the same time, and one is finished being worked on, shouldn't the other piece have at least been looked at by now? Remember, he's had it for 9 days!!!. And I am a repeat customer (10 or 12 previous watches have been serviced and a good dozen and a half watch bands have been bought).Mr. Watchguy didn't volunteer any explanation for the delay, but an all fairness, I didn't think to ask- I was busy pulling money out of my wallet.Should I cut this guy some slack and not overthink this situation, or consider finding a different repair shop?Thi
Hi This watch is one and a half inches in size and again is silver with the makers name farringdon, c , reg on the face. it has on the inside of case the mark of a lion in a rectangle and a anchor inside a shield, with a letter m also inside a shield. the m seems to be very fancy, like script?the makers stamp is R.P inside a circle or rugby ball shape, i cant find this mark at all? also has numbers 17136 inside the case. cheers kevin.

Bought the DJ 41 this week to add to my other watches, have to say it is by far my favourite and cant believe I've over looked this watch in favour of my sports rolex's.I know it is not a top of everyone's list but it will be my Daily for the next 20 years.dj1.JPG
