Hi there,I got this watch as a present and i would like to know more about it..It has a few engravings .. the first is what seems to be the makers mark DS .. theres no other hallmark..then underneath that theres a number 9 laid horizontally and surrounded by a diamond shape.. next to that are the numbers 375 and letters XX .. i assume that means 9ct gold but i dont know what the letters mean..underneath that there are the following numbers 11796 and above the 7 is a 4 in a different font style..on the movement it says RASF with RA above SF.. Around one of the gears/cogs theres 'swiss made'and finally underneath the movement .. on the back of the face of the watch.. are the numbers 219..I hope i explained this well enough..Thanks a lot .. would appreciate any help!

As is my custom when looking at a watch brand with which I'm not familiar, I go to the bay and see how much and what's for sale. I did a search on the Swiss forum without much success and now I'm here. Any one have one of these of recent manufacture? I must admit I'm quite taken by a tank style Perrelet A1021 Power Reserve Automatic men's watch, Day & Date.

Although like anything Rolex related, the DD40 was unveiled 2.5 years ago to mixed reviews, it has quickly become a modern classic IMO.What does the forum think is the most popular/sought after version of the DD40.Originally, i noticed Rolex marketing the YG - Champagne dial but lately it has been the RG - Olive dial that I've been noticing most (maybe because I own it :smoking:)

We talked about Rolex's future. I know that we must not believe everything that the ADs say but he is a nice guy and has been in business for 35 years. He told me that he is authorized by Rolex to do maintenance and repairs on any Rolex watch. I think he knows what he is talking about.He told me that Rolex's goal is to make sure that eventually, everyone who has a Rolex on his/her wrist paid full price for it. He also told me that his supply will be cut for next year and he will have less watches available. He didn't bullshit me in any the price will hike soon or stuff like that but that it will be much harder to pay less than msrp in the coming years.What do you guys think?Envoy¨¦ de mon SM-G955W en utilisant Tapatalk
