- Great watch! Super accurate, perfect for hiking and outdoor activities. The orange band gets a bit grimey within a few months but you can order a black band from Suunto which looks very sleek.

- I love this watch, the color is great, just like the picture! I got it in turquoise. However, Ive only had it for a few weeks and the strap already looks dingy, but its still cool.

Cartier Cartier 7985 wrist watches news:
We've just found out that a quartz Seiko watch from the 1980s, that was owned and worn by Steve Jobs, just sold at auction for $42,500 – and we'd bet cash money that's the highest price anyone has ever paid for a simple quartz Seiko reference 6431-6030. The sale was part of an auction that included several other pieces of Steve Jobs memorabilia, authenticated by his long-time house manager, Mr. Mark Sheff (a letter of authenticity is also included). 1 OF 4 ADVERTISEMENT The watch itself is pretty much as unremarkable as a watch can get: an inexpensive quartz Seiko that Jobs, if the condition of the strap is any indication, bought and then wore daily, probably without giving it a lot of thought. However, the thing that elevates it to historic treasure status is that it's the watch Jobs was wearing in 1984 when one of the most iconic photographs of Apple's co-founder was taken: that of him with the very first Macintosh
If I have picked up on this correctly, square or rectangular watches are commonly referred to as a "tank"?Firstly, is this correct and secondly, why?TIA
I'm considering buying an all yellow gold Submariner. If I do, it might be new, or it might be a vintage (such as a 16618).I can't decide which face/bezel color - black or blue? Both are beautiful, in different ways. Both face colors go great with yellow gold, but they are very different looks. Gold/black is probably more subdued/classy, and gold/blue seems more striking, but it's almost too much color. What do you all prefer? Which do you think is the more common color? Thanks!Ken
Hello all i hope you are well, i was just wondering, I've got a June 2017 116610LN sub date black, and at the time i was elated with my purchase as it was the one i always wanted. half a year on and im so so bored of it! so plain and standard! but still obviously legendary and iconic. I am thinking of selling it to buy a BLNR gmt 2 batman, what i would like to know is who would keep and who would sell? Maybe some of you think i should keep it and buy a batman anyway if i can or maybe a different piece?LET ME KNOW, I NEED HELP!!!thanks allDaniel Watson
I'm considering flipping my 36mm YG DayDate & SubC for one of these but change my mind daily. I prefer the bezel on the GMT, but prefer the Sub as a watch over the GMT - help!
