Cartier W1550751 wrist watches news:
Was winding my 16203 one morning, as usual about every other morning or so, and it went slack and quit running. Sent to NY RSC and about 5 wks later got watch back as new. I mean it was as new, for 590.00 of course. However I still have to wind it every other or third day as before. I wear it every day all day and take it off at nite. Is it normal to have to do this. Bought a Seiko auto in Singapore in 1968 and finally quit wearing it 20 yrs later because I was sick of it and never wound it. Sorry for long post but I thought auto was auto.
I ran out of money last year going overboard buying Hamilton vintage watches. So I've been on a self-imposed moritorium. Than I saw this Nautilus 601 on the "bay" with original band. I don't like debt, but couldn't resist using it to buy this one! Please don't tell my wife. Doesn't run. So will need a trip to Rene in the near future when funds are available.Mark
Hi guys Bought another watch recently 2006 seamaster pro chronometer, the guy seemed nice but i have now had it for 4 days and it stopped 2 days ago and i had to manual wind, could this be a serious issue with not winding itself? Or will a good service sort it? When its wound it keeps time very wellIt stopped again today......Any thoughts appreciatedCheers

Hi - I'm considering purchasing a 36mm Datejust. I'm leaning towards a black dial but was curious about everyone's opinions about the versatility of the various dial colors.
