Cartier Cartier 3417 wrist watches news:
I'm a novice collector compared to most on this forum. So I thank all of you in advance foe your opinions. I saw the Monopulsante 8 day reserve and fell in love with it. Then came across the 10 day reserve and got really confused with which I liked more. I understand the 8 day is manual vs the 10 day being automatic. Does one actually need a 10 day reserve on automatic watch ? Also as far as resale value's go, which one in say , ''5 years'' would be more sought after. I understand that they make only 500 Mono's a year. I'm hoping to purchase one of them this week. Thanks everyone !

Hi all,Just signed up for the forum. Was hoping for some help as I am very new to watches. I really like the Rolex Milgauss z Blue, and id like to get one. I¡¯m going to need an extra link to fit comfortably. I¡¯ve never owned a watch before and am drawn to the Milgauss as it seems versatile enough to wear every day. I¡¯m hoping to keep it as long as I live and then leave it to my son. There are so many online options but I¡¯m wary of getting duped and not having the Rolex manufacturer warranty if something goes wrong. Where I live in WI there are three ADs in the state. I¡¯ve only talked to one who said they wouldn¡¯t negotiate at all off 8200 msrp, and that the price fe Rolex would be going up in feb. I haven¡¯t tried he other two yet. I¡¯m seeing it online from anywhere from 6-8k, I want the watch brand new, and I want to get the best possible price, as this is a major purchase for our family. Any direction you could provide as to best way to buy Rolex, warranty issues and what t
I was wondering if anyone had any information or prior experience on the laws of importing Rolex watches into the UK? I know there¡¯s an import tax but I couldn¡¯t find any information on a limit on the number of watches that can be brought in at a time. I¡¯m aware of a one watch policy when it comes to bringing watches into America but I¡¯m not sure if this goes both ways. So basically I¡¯m wondering, what¡¯s the import tax, is there a watch limit, and how strictly is it enforced? Thanks!
I’ve seen a few threads that have mentioned “hacking” what does this mean? I’ve only found that it refers to when the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out. Is there some use for this feature? I searched around some, feel free to point me to an article or thread! Thanks
