Well I made the leap and bought my first Omega. The PO XL Black. The back story is that a few years ago I was on a cruise (RCCL) and wandered through on of the shops on board. I saw the Seamaster Bond co-ax for the first time. Could not get my mind around paying $3k + for a watch. Fast forward a couple of years and a couple of cheap throw away watches later. I decided to consider spending more than coffee money for a watch.Search the forums read tons or reviews etc etc. But all the time kept remembering how awesome that Omega Seamaster looked and felt those years ago. No no no way I could spend $3K plus for a watchbut boy that was something...something about that day never left me.
