Cartier Cartier 22206 wrist watches news:
In summer 2011, Germany-based Tutima, known chiefly for its modestly priced pilots’ watches, unveiled a watch-world first: the first minute repeater wristwatch whose entire mechanism was built entirely in the German watchmaking town of Glash¨¹tte. As of the beginning of this year, the company announced, deliveries of the eagerly awaited timepiece have finally begun.Tutima, a company that traces its history back to the 1920s, spent three years developing the movement for the watch, Hommage Caliber 800, incorporating several elements distinctive to Glash¨¹tte watchmaking, such as a three-quarter plate and engraved balance cock (here, with a G Clef to indicate the watch’s melodious chimes). Since the watch’s introduction nearly two years ago, Tutima has made a few small, mostly aesthetic changes. The surfaces of the movement’s plates and bridges are now in rose gold, which harmonizes better with the case materials for the two models (one in rose gold, one in platinum
i know i said that i wanted a PO so bad but is was mainly for the size.but a few days ago i was at miami and entered to a store, he had omegas, tag, oris...i tried the 45mm PO and it looked ridiculous big in my wrist, the 42mm was to flat and sat high on my wrist making it a little uncomfortable, the PO isn't made for the natural design of my wrist. anyway is a top quality build timepiece, extremely solid. also the double AR coating is awesome to use, the crystal almost look transparent.i was wearing my 2254 and the rep told me that maybe Ω should reintroduce it in the future cuz it was a high demanded model. i asked him if the Bond was more demanded and he told me that actually the black SMP was more in demand than both, the PO and the Bond. maybe for the price difference???and about Oris, i tried a tt1, it fitted perfectly on my wrist, the 44mm case was perfect for my wrist, i was just a tick away to purchase it, but the price at the AD was the same that i paid for my 2254, Oris
how many seconds per day? anyone?
I participated in a sporting charity event this weekend. I had about 40 teams of 4 people come through my station. The event costs about $5000 per team so these people were not poverty stricken. I saw a lot of Rolex watches. The vast majority were Subs followed by two tone DateJust. Saw only 1 Explorer 2.I saw nothing above these watches. I would have expected some DayDates and GMTs. Not so.
You can only pick one, never to sell it, and never will you ever acquire the other. Which will it be?(I'm having a terribly tough time trying to decided which to go with )
