- I realized from other reviews that the time may be difficult to read, but the bling lured me in and I love it.No regrets here. The watch is so sparkly and everyone adores hummingbirds. Have received many compliments.

Jaeger LeCoultre Q1768470 wrist watches news:
Well after lusting after one for years, I just bought a gently used 16613 blue 2-Tone Submariner. Should be here next week. I've lusted after one for years, but thought my Sea-Dweller would help kill the thirst. Nope, have one Rolex (well 2 counting the wife's Air-King) and you just want another. Of course John's review which included this image didn't help at allI blame you John....ThanksNow the wait begins.Pete
Hey everybody I've finally got a couple "good" questions for you guys, at least I think they're good.I've seen many vintage pics of Subs and SD's and some not so vintage pics(circa 1997ish)with really beautiful well aged patina and so far just about every one I've seen I believe carries the T<25 or T swiss T indicating tritium indices. My SD M series(2007) purchased on December 2008 has either luminova or the superluminova indices. Now here's the questions....should I expect to see some form of patinazation down the road on a luminova dial? And my watch glows green not blue like the new SDDS, is the blue Super Luminova? Thank in advance for all you're help guys!
I recently acquired a Gallet 30 minute timer/stopwatch at an estate sale that works perfectly. I am seeking any information/insight on this model as I have been unable to pin down the vintage of this stopwatch or its retail market. There is plenty of general and company info on the web but I have found nothing on the specific movement/model I have. I have found one model that is very close but not identical to mine. The Gallet I found was a decimal artillery timer/stopwatch marked Jules Racine & Co. Swiss 7seven jewels unadjusted on spare parts compartment(JXR on balance) No3364 D.R.P.388992 +No100230 on bridge. The information dates it to WWII era. Mine is marked Jules Racine & Co. Swiss 6six jewels 1one adjustment on spare parts compartment (no JXR on balance) No3364 D.R.P.388992 +No100230 on bridge. The dial is (near mint) porcelain enamel, hands are blued (looks to be steel), crystal has a small convex dimple in the center. Is this an earlier vintage or a lower grade varian
Looking for information and input about The Seamaster Planet Ocean Ref. 215.30.40.20.01.001. What can one expect to pay for this piece is LNIB condition ? Anything else anyone wants to add about these watches please feel free. I have recently fallen in love with this model of Seamaster after being a long time Sub fan.
