Cartier Cartier 41681 wrist watches news:
Dodane is a very cool watch brand. They don't exactly have the biggest collection of pieces - banking it all on a single product with a few variations, but a nice product it is. Their fine offering is the Type 21 watch, a historical looking aviation timepieces with a healthy relevance for today's pilot or watch enthusiast. Nothing in the watch sacrifice's its core mission - to be a highly legible timepieces, with a flyback chronograph, and to function as a measuring tool in the event an aircraft's instrumentation dies.Dodane's website does a very good job explaining not only the history of the watch, but also all of its functions and available variations - all with lots of pictures. While not perfect, the site is surprisingly useful - for a watch brand website that is. Based in France, Dodane watches are very rare in the US. The French brand is proud of their history that goes back to 1857. Today, it is said that the fifth generation Dodane family still presides over the brand. I think
John,Why don't you delete all his posts? This way they will keep popping up as people will respond to them not knowing we were under a severe missil attack...:)
Hi everyone, this is my most recent prchase, I have found myself getting more and more into the japanese market. i hadn't seen one of these before today, I'm having a little trouble figuring out the functions and can't seem to reset the seconds hand to zero for the chrono function. Any ideas are welcome, thanks!
Yup, I did it...........got a diver back in the fold after having one and letting it go. I guess I just missed it too much.I'm on the hunt for the Survivor Hornback strap to dress up the look a bit. Does anyone have idea on the exact part number from AP? I'm looking for the regular length one.If anyone has any idea where I can track one down at a reasonable price I would greatly appreciate a heads up as well.TIA
So i've owned a 312 in the past and enjoyed it for quite some time. When it came time to sell it, I had decided it was a little too tall for my liking. I wore it in rotation with a 000. Both were sold and i went big with a 422 and a 305. Now I'm back to wanting a 44 again and I'm considering a 233 or a 1088. I'm leaning towards the more classic look of the 233, but I'm hesitating somewhat because of the 1950's case. How different does it wear and feel on the wrist than a 312? One is manual vs automatic, domed crystal vs regular. Any opinions are welcomed... I don't want to regret a 233. The 88 has always been a favorite and the luminor case sits nicely on the writst. helppppppppppppp
