- I received this watch as a gift from my boyfriend, and I love it! I have very tiny wrists hands (my ring finger is a size 4 1/2!) So most watches seem to overpower my wrist/hand, but this watch decorates my arm beautifully!

Cartier W51002Q4 wrist watches news:
Got spliced a couple of years ago. As a gift for my bestman I gave him a Benrus Wrist Alarm SS watch from the 50's. It's identical to one I have from my Dad. Beautiful creamy dial, and working great. I had it completely overhauled before I gave it to him and put a nice black strap on it. He wears it to Lodge and when dressed up. Today we went to a funeral for a Lodge brother's wife, and he was wearing it and I was wearing mine. They looked identical. He told me that last week he was in a meeting and a guy (a fellow WIS as it turns out) complemented him on hus vintage watch. My friend couldn't remember what he was wearing only that it had a clear caseback. Darn, no one ever notices my watches!!!
While the simple answer is yes, and without specific prices quoted. What percentage over average would you feel comfortable about paying for a mint original dial? I believe that this sometimes substantial jump is not only because of the desire for originality, but also (with all do respect to re-dialers everywhere) the apparent lack of factory quality printing. Perhaps like piramid building it's a lost art never to be acheived again.
Quartz for me on my Birthday!
OK all,I'm a novice at NATO or zulu straps(or any other kind of nylon strap for that matter) as I've never really paid much attention to them. However, I've got a couple watches I'd like to try them on. Rummaging around I've seen a couple I like, but don't know the difference in a NATO vs. Zulu. Unless I'm missing something (always a good possibility!) they look the same. Any inputs? Thanks!PS - if you have a picture with a NATO / Zulu on a watch, I'd love to see them - post them here!!
Who was waiting to see what the new releases were before they made their next purchase?
